We found a special friend when we met David. He was a careful and skilled pilot and always enjoyed flying. David's personality would never have allowed him to interfere, but if you asked his advice, he had a wealth of knowledge and was always willing to help. Never an unkind word, David found the good in all of us. He was uncomfortable when friends started bickering and his sentiment of "We are here to have fun. Let's fly!" was felt not only at the airfield but wherever you found him. David was taken from us too soon but will always fly with us in our hearts.
